A cricketer who has matured into both an elegant batsman and someone who can be relied upon to generally put a stop to the frequent Maladroit early order collapses. Receives plenty of abuse for his strike rate, perhaps unfairly, and must be regarded as one of the most consistent batsman in the squad. His fielding has improved since schooldays, with a stunning one-handed over the head catch being the most notable example. Sadly, his bowling is still aweful..
