Richard Newman

The spearhead to the Maldroits attack since its formation, Richard with ball in hand always livens up the days play. His clever mixture of beamers, pea rollers and the ability to bowl the ball backwards often leave the opposition bemused as his team mates. Richard is as always commited with his fielding but sadly the handbag throw and crockodile esque styles have to yield a top three fielding performance. Always keen to bat at 10 or 11 Richard has a mean strike on him and can be vocal with his calling. He is the Devon Malcolm of Maladroits cricket.
